WARNING: This tutorial is for educational purpose only, don’t be stupid!
Download and install Wireshark from:
The following window should appear
Click the Start button next to the name of the interface on which you wish to capture traffic, and immediately you will see Wireshark filling up with traffic as shown on picture below.
Wireshark is already capturing data packets, so lets test if it will work
suppose I was logging in http://enhanceviews.net/?e=1

After log in, Stop Capturing the packets
Filter data packets. For this tutorial I have used HTTP as it is shown below
NOTEthere are so many protocols you can use to filter data packets (e.g. FTP)
Now look for Post, select it
Right click or go to Analyze menu and  and then select Follow TCP Stream
You should now see this window, just scroll down until you see username and password. As you can see, I managed to capture my username and password.
GREAT YUHOOOOOOOO YOU HAVE DONE IT.

Password Cracker for all Windows (XP, Vista and 7)

This article explains what you can do if you forgot your password. After reading this article, you will be able to crack windows passwords (windows vista, XP, 7) with the help of a handy piece of software called Trinity Rescue Kit (TRK) without facing any difficulties. This method will always work. But Note that TRK can do much more than just reset passwords.

Anyway, someone may ask, what is Trinity Rescue Kit? Well, it is a free Linux live CD designed to help with common Windows tasks (it aims specifically at recovery and repair operations on Windows machines). This does not necessarily mean you have to be a Linux expert to use this piece of software. However, basic Linux knowledge is sometimes required. This is a must have live CD for computer maintenance. Just follow the steps given bellow:

Firs you will have to download the Live CD from this link:
Burn your Trinity Rescue Kit ISO to CD/DVD

Note that it is also possible to boot TRK from a USB stick

Boot the computer up using the TRK live CD / USB stick (This should take you to the command line as shown on the image below)

Make sure you select the first option that reads Run Trinity Rescue Kit 3.3 (default)

TRK will take a few seconds or minute to finish loading and you will be presented with a command line to type a simple command.

We will be using winpass as our main command to reset any user’s password.

If you are unable to insert your command, press windows key from your keyboard and you should be able to insert your command now

To get started, type winpass – l to list all the usernames found in the SAM file.  Note that after typing this command, you will be asked the drive you want the user list retrieved from. Type 1 followed by the Enter key from your keyboard

After making your choice, you will be presented with list of users on the machine as shown

You should once again be at the prompt where you will type winpass –u “name of account”.

Replace “name of account” with the username you want to reset the password.

You’ll now be asked which partition you’d like to have analyzed/mounted; type 1 and hit enter. You will be presented with an interface similar to this one below:

When you take a look at this picture, you will see User Edit Menu showing a list of option to be selected.

Just type 1 and hit enter to select the first option Clear (blank) user password

Next time when you boot up, you won’t be asked for password
